Ministry Description

Wayne spent 14 years in law enforcement prior to entering full time ministry. The last five years of police work were spent as a Detective assigned to the Forensic Unit (CSI) of the Richmond Bureau of Police. Dr. Hines pastored the same growing church for nine years. Grace Evangelistic Ministries was established to minister alongside local churches and be a catalyst for revival and evangelism.
